I'm accepting coms through both Vgen & Google Forms!(still getting google forms set up though, its a wip)Both options have very similar forms & commission options, but if you'd like to see reviews of past commissions, you can check out my Vgen page! :D(Please note that commissioning me through Vgen is about 5% more expensive because of Vgen artist fees)

Terms of Service

Welcome to my ToS! :D Thank you so much for taking the time to look through this! I try to be as clear as possible with my ToS, but please feel free to DM me if there’s anything you find unclear!

Payment

Paypal or Venmo only!Full payment due upfront before commission starts.
If the total commission cost exceeds $100, Payment plans can be considered. (I will probably only allow this with repeat clients)If the client does not respond to DMs or pay within 2 weeks of the request being made, the commission will be declined.After the payment is sent, I can start working on the sketch, and I will send you a sketch WIP asap! Please make sure to check your mails for any updates!

Revisions

You will receive at least two WIP updates (colored sketch & final render) during the commission process, but more WIP updates can be provided on request.After each update, you are allowed to ask for changes or alterations.If you do not respond after 2 weeks of being given an update, I will have to move on to the next stage of the commission.I can make up to 3 changes during the sketching stage, but I can only make minor changes (color correction, small details) after that.Any major changes (to pose or overall color composition) after the sketching stage will cost additional.*Please Note: For any "Surprise Me” type commissions, the only revisions available after final delivery are small detail fixes and color fixes.

Acceptance & Delivery

It may take anywhere from one day to a week for me to accept a request. I’m in school, and I may have other projects to work on, so please be patient with me!If you submit a request and it is not accepted within 2 weeks, please assume that it has been denied. You are allowed to submit multiple commission requests at once. If I have denied one of your previous requests, it does not mean I will deny others. : )I may decline a commission request for any reason. Please do not harass me if I’m unable to accept your request. If you are rude or if you submit an offensive request, you will be blacklisted & blocked.Final delivery times can be between 1 week to 1 month depending on the complexity of the piece and number of clients in my queue. Final artwork file(s) sent through email, Google Drive link, or Vgen.

Usage

I may use any of the work I create to add to my portfolio or social media, unless otherwise agreed.If you'd like your commission to stay private, please let me know beforehand in the request form.If you use a commission from me for either personal or monetized use (creating and distributing commercial and monetized digital content), please make sure to credit me! Either my Vgen or Instagram (@Fauna.arts) is fine for crediting purposes.If you'd like to use my work for monetized content, please make sure to check the monetized use option when placing your request.The use of the commission for AI-generated content, NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), or any blockchain-related technology is strictly forbidden. If I find that my work has been used for AI slop, I will blacklist you, and you will be cursed. >:[

Refunds

Customers may only cancel the commission/receive full refund before the full payment has been sent OR before the first sketch is sent.If for any reason I cannot complete your commission, I will issue you a full refund.
