Terms of Service

✦ PAYMENT
Paypal or Venmo only. All payments are due in full and upfront. If you are on my waitlist, you don't have to pay until I'm ready to start your commission. After your payment goes through, I will notify you! Sketching begins as soon as the payment is received.✦REFUNDS
Refunds are only available before the 1st sketch is approved by the customer. After you have approved the first sketch, no refunds will be available.In extreme cases (such as sickness or injury), If the artist feels they cannot finish the commission, the customer will receive a full refund.For “Surprise Me!” Commissions, there is no approving the sketch, so there is no way to provide a refund after payment has gone through.✦UPDATES
I will do my best to update you at least 2-3 times before the piece is completed. I can also provide work-in-progress photos upon request.✦ WAITLISTING
I typically take 3-4 commissions at a time. If all my slots are full, I'll put you on my waitlist, and then notify you when I'm ready to start your commission.If you want to request a commission but would prefer to pay at a later date, you can request to be put last on my waitlist, and you can give me a date that I can contact you back on.✦ REVISIONS
After more than 2 major pose or composition changes-this means completely scrapping the approved sketch or lineart and doing it over- I will have to charge an extra $15 for each additional major change.Minor changes like color adjustments and fixing small details are fine, and we can do as many of these revisions as needed to get your piece looking right!If you don't know if the change you want is a major or minor change, please ask and I'll let you know!

✦ Each commission comes with clean lineart, soft shading, and a subtle wash of texture to add a little extra charm to your piece! <3

  • $5-10 extra per prop

  • $30-50 extra per complex background

  • +50% base price per extra character on canvas (chibis not included)

  • Most pieces include a free transparent background version with a white border (for stickers! :D)

(No Refunds, Minimal Communication, No Revisions)Give me a basic prompt or a reference, and I get to do whatever I want with it! You might get my usual style, or I might decide to try something completely new!You are guaranteed at least an icon, but I might do a half, full body, or even a complex background if I'm feeling up to it!I use this type of commission to experiment and try new things! This type of com is great for people who aren't picky, or don't want to bother with the back-and-forth involved with regular coms! The only time we need to talk is when I confirm your order and take payment! :)
